The
renovation of the three storey Technology Block originally built in 1953 has
been very much a multistage project. The upgrade process was started with a
structural strengthening project and as funding became available four stages
have been completed. The provision of a lift and the creation of external
walkways actually returned parts of the building to its original configuration.
